Radiation Exposure Could reduce workers' efforts

Report : Kopdar - "Temu Pendengar Perdana" RTI SI Sesi Yogyakarta, 2009

Novotel Hotel, 2 Agustus 2009. Seperti yang telah dijanjikan sebelumnya, baik pada lelaman posting blog ini ato status facebook saya, saya akan melaporkan report sesi kopi darat alias "Temu Pendengar Perdana 2009" Radio Taiwan International Seksi Indonesia (RTI SI). Sebenarnya saya ingin melaporkan secara langsung (Live) acaranya via Facebook, namun kenyataannya urung terlaksana dan hanya melakukan beberapa posting "status facebook" saja. Mengingat adanya kendala sinyal GPRS yang kurang bagus, entah karena ponsel saya yang jadul ato faktor sekedar karena operatornya yang "letoyy.." . Maaf buat yang ngerasa setia nungguin live via Facebook tapi gak muncul2 report-nya hehe...

Ya sudahlah, biar jadi adul afdol dan komplit maka saya posting saja disini. Mulai yukks...!
Temu Pendengar RTISI ini kali pertama diadakan di Indonesia dengan sesi dua tempat sekaligus, JAKARTA & YOGYAKARTA. Sesi Jakarta tanggal 1 agustus, sedangkan Yogyakarta diadakan hari Minggu, 2 Agustus 2009. Tentu saja momen temu pendengar ini menjadi santapan gembira untuk ajang berbagi, saling bertatap muka dan berkumpul bersama dengan para penyiar, pimpinan tertinggi radio beserta pendengarnya yang selama ini mungkin hanya sering mendengarkan suara bahkan "nama"-nya saja. Ya, benar-benar menjadi suatu kebanggaan sendiri, bukan?

Pada sesi Jakarta sendiri, diadakan di "Sari Pan Pacific Hotel" (Jayakarta Room) beralamat di Jl. M.H. Thamrin No. 6, Jakarta. Dari informasi yang saya peroleh, peserta (pendengar) yang mendaftar berjumlah 91 orang. Namun entah hadir semua atau tidak, saya sendiri kurang tahu mengingat saya cuma menghadiri sesi di Yogyakarta. Maklum deket dengan rumah tinggal saya...

Sedangkan di Yogyakarta, acara berlangsung di Novotel Hotel (Novotel Ballroom, lantai 2) - Alamat: Jalan Jendral Sudirman No. 89, Yogyakarta. Peserta yang hadir diperkirakan kurang lebih sekitar 54-an orang saja, dari jumlah peserta sebanyak 64 orang.

Saya memulai perjalanan dari rumah sekitar jam 05.15 wib, dijemput dengan mobil travel. Duduk di kursi paling depan sebelah supir. Hingga pukul 09.00 wib lebih sekian, akhirnya saya sampai di Hotel Novotel Yogyakarta dan langsung naik ke lantai dua. Hmmm... sebuah hotel yang relatif elit dan bertaraf internasional (mungkin bintang 4).

Kemudian saya reservasi/absen ulang dan mengambil cenderamata/souvenir dari RTI. Isinya? Ada dech....
Setelah itu saya mencari tempat duduk dan berkenalan dengan beberapa kawan baru hingga acara dimulai. Sekitar jam 10.00 wib, acara baru dimulai dan dibuka (disambut) oleh Tony Thamsir (penyiar RTI). Susunan acaranya juga sedikit berubah dari susunan acara yang sebenarnya, namun secara keseluruhan hampir sama dengan apa yang sudah RTI kirimkan. Saya juga agak lupa-lupa ingat susunan acaranya hehe, jadi saya ngikut saja sama dengan susunan acara yang sudah diberikan oleh RTI.
Untuk sesi perkenalan pendengar, digabung dengan sesi makan siang secara santai dan ngobrol biasa.

Dalam pembukaan awal, dipertontonkan juga pemutaran dokumenter DVD sejarah RTI dilanjutkan kata sambutan dalam bahasa Inggris dan Mandarin oleh Mrs. Alice Kao, Chairwomen RTI. Sambutan tersebut diterjemahkan secara langsung oleh Tony Thamsir. Bla..bla..blaa...

Setelah itu, kata sambutan dari perwakilan pendengar disampaikan oleh Pak Aries Subagyo (Kutoarjo). Pak Hendrik Rotinsulu (Solo), juga turut memaparkan sambutan didepan. Selanjutnya, mengingat tidak semua penyiar RTI hadir di acara temu pendengar ini maka perwakilannya adalah dengan pemutaran DVD video sesi penyiar RTI yang telah dibuat secara khusus. Sementara itu, pihak RTI sendiri yang hadir (yang saya lihat) adalah 4 orang yaitu Mrs. Alice kao, Tony Thamsir, Tomy dan kepala/teknisi, menangani urusan frekuensi RTI untuk wilayah Asia Tenggara, yaitu Mr. Chang ato Zhang yach tulisannya (saya gak tau).

Kemudian penyerahan cenderamata dari pendengar kepada RTI. Ada beberapa pendengar yang menyerahkan.........Kalau saya sendiri menyerahkan cenderamta pada akhir acara kepada Mrs. Alice Kao, maklum hanya sekedar cenderamata biasa.

Sesi berikutnya adalah membahas mengenai pembentukan RTI SI Fans Club di Indonesia. Kemudian, ada hiburan dari peserta (pendengar) yang menyumbangkan tarian. Diskusi masa depan RTI dan jalinan kerja sama dengan media di Indonesia juga dijelaskan pada sesi berikutnya serta pengumuman peluncuran blog RTISI dengan alamat http://rtisi.blogspot.com
Acara Q & A (Question & Answer) juga tak luput diikutsertakan. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan mengenai RTI dan keadaan kesehatan Kak Maria (penyiar RTI) juga dilontarkan oleh pendengar.

Selanjutnya adalah sesi yang dinantikan oleh peserta yaitu "How Deep Is Your Love To RTI" Doorprize, ya! Undian Doorprize. Tentu hadiahnya sangat beragam, mulai dari Topi, Tas, CV Musik Mandari, Radio hingga kalung liontin yang diberikan langsung oleh Mrs. Alice Kao. Doorprizi ini diundi secara acak dan syukurlah hampir semua pendengar mendapatkan doorprize-nya. Kebetulan saya sendiri mendapatkan doorprize berupa "music box" atau apalah itu namanya, bentuknya kotak tipis seperti jam meja dan bisa mengeluarkan suara musik instrumental. Cukup menarik deh musik-nya.............



Acara berikut adalah foto-foto bersama dengan dilanjutkan makan siang bersama. Makanan-nya banyak, jadi terserah mau makan apa saja boleh asal perutnya muat hehe... Kalau anda ikut mungkin anda bingung mau makan apa dulu wakakakakk.......
Sebelum acara selesai, Tony Thamsir juga memaparkan keluh kesah hidup di Taiwan, cuaca di sana hingga beasiswa-beasiswa kuliah yang ada. hmm, jadi tertarik juga nih...
Mrs. Alice Kao juga menutup acara temu pendengar RTISI 2009 ini, dan RTI mungkin janji akan berusaha mengadakan temu pendengar di Indonesia 2 tahun sekali. May be yes, may be no....? Tapi sebuah usulan yang bagus bagi pendengar.

Acara kopdar tersebut selesai jam 1 siang lebih (saya sendiri gak nengok jam). Selesai acara juga gak langsung bubar begitu saja, saya ambil kesempatan untuk foto-foto lagi dengan kawan-kawan penyiarnya secara eksklusif. Sayang, bahasa Mandarin saya kacau dan bahasa Inggris saya pas-pasan, jadi tidak bisa ngobrol banyak dengan Mrs. Alice Kao (pimpinan tertinggim RTI).
